Why Does Ulrich Cost More?

Updated: Mar 14

Our Sales director in our Custom Structure division, Loren Miller, couldn’t have said it any better. Customers often wonder why our price is higher than some of our competitors and to us the answer is simple. Price doesn’t just boil down to cost to us. At Ulrich, we believe the value offered in our product breaks down to more than just a dollar sign price. When comparing our product to a competitor there is always a price difference, but when you analyze what’s included in that price, the value is more than apparent.

Value is measured with more than just the cost of the dollar you spend. When you look at value, it is created by factors like quality, extra added benefits like warranty, exemplary customer service from the seller and importantly the experience with the company overall. We believe that a customer not only wants a good deal but they also want to know that the person they are working with is trustworthy, genuine and feel confident that they are making the right decision. They also want someone who makes their job as the buyer easier.

That’s where we come in. At Ulrich, we want to not only guide you to the perfect solution so you don’t waste your money on a product that doesn’t meet your needs, but we also want to answer your questions and provide guidance through the complicated issues of permitting and city and county regulations. We want to provide you with the best quality product that will last you a lifetime. Lastly, we want to serve you. Our goal is to guide you to a product that is exactly what you are looking for, and that may not always be something we sell. Our prices often are higher than the guy down the street and that’s okay!

We’re not ashamed of that because we believe the value we bring to you, far surpasses the difference of the price tag. If the lowest price is the number one thing that you are looking to find, then we may not be the best company for you. Either way, we hope you find the best value for you.
