1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ulrich Lifestyle Structures (“Sponsor”), 2000 Melissa Lane Cleburne, TX 76031.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of [eligible states, e.g., Texas, California, Virginia] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 08-20-2025 and ends once 100 prebuilt sheds are sold (“Entry Period”). Once the 100th prebuilt unit is sold, the Sweepstakes will officially close and a random drawing will occur.

4. How to Enter

• Automatic Entry with Purchase: Each prebuilt shed purchased during the Entry Period earns one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

  Limit one mailed entry per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 08/31/2025 and received by 09/15/2025.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1): $10,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check.

• Other Promotional Offers: Each shed purchase during the Entry Period includes a $100 instant rebate at the time of purchase. This rebate is not part of the sweepstakes drawing.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $10,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing within 15 days after the sale of the 100th prebuilt shed. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
Ulrich Prebuilt Sweepstakes Winner, [Company Address], within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
