Here at Ulrich, we do our best to ensure your experience with us will be a pleasant, satisfying one. We ask that you read over the following terms and conditions and agree to comply and abide by the following.

Use Of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application’s push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.


Ulrich Sheds

 

Deposit

A deposit is due at the time the order is placed for most products. Balance is due to be paid upon delivery of structure.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Shed Cancelled Orders

All deposits made by check or cash will be returned in full if cancelled prior to order processing & acknowledgement. A 15% cancellation fee may be assessed for cancellation after that time. Cancellations will be returned within 7-10 business days after signing any cancellation documents. A 3% transaction fee will be charged on the amount of deposit received if the deposit was made with any credit card. See additional terms and conditions on your order for other fees and restrictions.

Non-Payment

There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. Final payment is always due upon delivery of structure. If final payment is not received within 10 days of delivery, Ulrich reserves the right to re-enter your property and retrieve said structure. Ulrich is not responsible for any prior notification or any property damage that may be incurred by removal of the structure, including fence removal if necessary. The retrieved structure and all personal property inside the structure will become the property of Ulrich at the time of retrieval and may be resold or disposed of at our discretion.

Permits

The purchaser is responsible for any and all permits, variances, and other town-required documents necessary to place the structure on the purchaser’s property. Ulrich seeks to build every structure with the highest standard of engineered workmanship; however, different states/towns/villages have varying construction requirements. Should your town require something different than our standard construction specifications, it is your responsibility to notify Ulrich of this when ordering your structure. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure complete compliance with local regulations. Stamped Engineer’s Drawings can be obtained for any structure at an additional charge.

Delivery

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to have the site prepared, level, and accessible for delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify Ulrich if the yard conditions are not conducive for delivery on the specified delivery date due to rain, snow, etc. Additional fees may be incurred for deliveries cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date.

All deliveries to be unloaded on the driveway unless otherwise instructed by the property owner, in which case, property owner takes FULL responsibility for: a.) Any and all damages caused by delivery truck, trailer or structure to yard and property, b.) Any damage caused to structure from surrounding obstacles in the requested path of delivery, i.e. trees, shrubs, fences, wires, house over- hangs etc. c.) All tow truck fees to recover delivery truck should this be necessary. Ulrich is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any damage beyond roadside curb. Deliveries include a specified amount driver’s time (depending on structure), any additional time required to deliver structure shall be charged at a rate specified on your order paperwork.

Structure sizes are nominal. Exact size of structure may vary due to shipping regulations. Completion and delivery dates are approximate only.

Ulrich Site -Built Garages 

 

Deposit & Payment Schedule

An initial 35% deposit is due upon placement of order. This places the garage into the build schedule. Approximately four weeks later, a second 35% deposit (same amount as initial deposit) is due. This will place the garage into the delivery schedule, and customer will be given a delivery date. Balance (remaining 30%) due upon completion of structure.

Credit Cards

All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Non-Payment

There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. Final payment is always due upon delivery of structure. If final payment is not received within 10 days of delivery, Ulrich reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to collect payment.

Permits

The purchaser is responsible for any and all permits, variances, and other town-required documents necessary to place the structure on the purchaser’s property. Ulrich seeks to build every structure with the highest standard of engineered workmanship; however, different states/towns/villages have varying construction requirements. Should your town require something different than our standard construction specifications, it is your responsibility to notify Ulrich of this when ordering your structure. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure complete compliance with local regulations. Stamped Engineer’s Drawings can be obtained for any structure at an additional charge.

Installation

Once your building nears the end of production, your delivery date is confirmed or adjusted for weather complications. Your installation team conveys your delivery window on the day of install. Your building is placed exactly as planned and all accessory items are installed. Final touches and inspections are done to ensure your building is level and ready for you to move in. Once final payment is collected, all keys and documents are left with you, and your “Raving Fan Guarantee” coverage period begins – after which your warranty will start.

  • Confirming your delivery date
  • Onsite Install (or assembly) occurs and final touches (leveling, doors square, ramp installed, etc) and inspection after installation
  • Collect final payment, then hand you the keys & documents
  • Our “Raving Fan Guarantee™” starts and is in place for 2-weeks

The installed solution will be as purchased or a mutually agreed plan will be in place by noon the next business day from install.

Production

Your design plans are reviewed in detail and then handed off to our production team. Any permits are submitted for review. Pending permit approval, your delivery date is then scheduled and materials are then prepped in our environment controlled facility (safe from the elements).

  • Internal order review and confirmation
  • Project site inspection virtual (or in person as needed)
  • Permits submitted / approved
    • If required, CAD and other engineered docs are drawn and certified at customer’s expense
  • Materials ordered and prepared – change order fees apply at this point
  • Order is checked prior to production completion / onsite build date

Design

Together, we custom design the best solution using our unique process to ensure a Smart Value investment for your lifestyle. 

  • Complete the “Deep Dive Process” to clearly identify all factors and details about the usage, positioning, delivery method, permit requirements, and amenities of your structure
  • Create the blueprint of your perfect structure to precisely fit your property and lifestyle
  • Confirm that this structure is truly your perfect / dream structure and place deposit / sign documents
  • OUR PROMISE: If your structure is permitted and cannot get approved, we will refund you the deposit less any 3rd party fees
